Description
MITUS 206LA is a compact, active line array designed for precision coverage in small to medium-sized applications. It incorporates two 6.5″ neodymium woofers and a neodymium compression driver, housed in a gas-injected high-impact polypropylene enclosure. A 100° horizontal waveguide ensures low distortion and a near-flat wavefront up to 18 kHz.
The onboard Class D amplifier delivers 600W RMS to the LF and 300W RMS to the HF section, supported by a DSP offering 8 selectable presets and +/- 5 dB HF level control for amplitude shading across the array. The rear panel includes XLR input and link, volume control, preset selector, HF level adjustment, high-pass filter, and ground-lift switch. Integrated rigging hardware allows angle adjustment from 0° to 10° in 2° steps between cabinets, and supports up to 12 MITUS 206LA modules with a 10:1 safety factor.
The front grille is constructed from heavy-duty metal with anti-resonance spacers and protective synthetic cloth. With a total weight of just 15,5 kg, the MITUS 206LA is ideal for use as a single pole-mounted loudspeaker (100°H x 10°V coverage) or as part of a large-format flown array. A complete range of dedicated accessories is available for both flying and ground-stacked configurations.
