It has come to our attention through communications from consumers, vendors, manufacturers, and members of the commerce community that confusion exists regarding the relationship between ProDJ.com and ProDJMart.com.
For the avoidance of doubt, ProDJ.com and ProDJMart.com are separate and independent business entities. ProDJ.com has no affiliation, ownership interest, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, endorsement arrangement, or other business association with ProDJMart.com.
ProDJ.com has continuously operated within the professional audio, sound, lighting, and entertainment technology industry since 1995. Based upon publicly available records, ProDJ.com was established and operating more than two decades prior to the formation of the unrelated company referenced herein.
ProDJ.com has received reports from consumers, vendors, and industry participants indicating ongoing confusion regarding the identity and affiliation of the respective businesses. Such confusion appears to arise, in part, from similarities in domain naming, branding presentation, logo styling, website appearance, overall theme, and related marketing elements. As a result, certain consumers have mistakenly assumed that the companies are related, affiliated, commonly owned, or otherwise connected.
To be clear, ProDJ.com is not associated with, endorsed by, controlled by, partnered with, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to ProDJMart.com in any manner whatsoever.
Customers, vendors, manufacturers, and business partners are encouraged to verify that they are communicating directly with ProDJ.com through our official channels. ProDJ.com conducts business through its official website, social media accounts, and email addresses utilizing the ProDJ.com domain. ProDJ.com does not conduct official business communications through free consumer email services such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, or similar providers.
