Description
The JBL 708P is the self-powered 8-inch bi-amplified master reference monitor for critical music recording, film post-production, and broadcast applications. It leverages JBL's patented driver technologies and renowned Image Control Waveguide to deliver extraordinary output, stunning detail, an expansive soundstage, and greater accuracy in a broad range of rooms. The 728G low-frequency transducer leverages JBL's patented Differential Drive® technology for reduced power compression, greater sustained output, and extended linear low-frequency performance. The 2409H high-frequency compression driver incorporates a low-mass annular diaphragm for smooth response beyond 36 kHz. A built-in dual 250W/250W Class-D amplification system includes onboard room equalization with 12 bands of Room EQ and 8 bands of User EQ. AES/EBU digital inputs accept sample rates up to 192 kHz, and an RJ-45 HARMAN HiQnet™ port ensures compatibility with multi-channel and immersive audio systems.
