The creativity of film combined with a revolution in design!

Cintel Scanner The creativity of film combined with a revolution in design! For decades, Cintel has been the leader in film scanning technology. Cintel Scanner G3 HDR+ advances the art of film scanning even further with a completely redesigned light source that allows real time 4K HDR film scanning. The latest Cintel Scanner G3 HDR+ design incorporates upgraded digital servos, capstan drives and new advanced color science. The scanners also feature an architectural design that can even be wall mounted! Cintel Scanners are available in two models depending on the film types you need to scan. There's a model for 35mm and 16mm film and a model for 16mm and 8mm film. With Cintel, you can unlock massive film archives for upload to streaming platforms and online distribution!

With larger televisions now common in consumers homes, the demand for Ultra HD content has never been greater. Studios have generated millions of hours of film over the last 100 years, stored in film vaults around the world. Most of that archive is 35mm film that's naturally in 4K resolution. Converting these libraries is an inexpensive way to deliver Ultra HD content to consumers! Cintel Scanner will scan negative and positive film into amazing quality Ultra HD, unlocking the extra resolution from film that no one has been able to see until now! There is no easier way to generate Ultra HD feature films and television programming!

Nothing looks more like film than film does! The look of well shot film is unmistakable and it's what all digital cinema cameras strive to emulate. When you shoot on film, you are not locked into a single look because you can pick a range of film stocks that totally alter how your images will look. Even today, with the most amazing digital cinema cameras available, some of Hollywood's biggest filmmakers still prefer to shoot on film, not only because of its sharpness, dynamic range, and colorimetry, but mostly for that classic film creative style. Unfortunately in the past the cost of post production involving film was high. The Cintel Scanner eliminates this high cost because it's a complete low maintenance design you can install and operate yourself!

Cintel Scanners include the most advanced Image Mill processing technology so you always have optical stabilization technology available. The Cintel Scanner G3 HDR+ has been designed to handle 35mm, 16mm and 8mm film. That makes it the ideal choice for historical archive conversions and restoration projects. Cintel's ultra thin size means you can install it desk mounted or even wall mounted. There are multiple accessory mount points for adding audio pickups or KeyKode readers. Now you can purchase your own scanner so you don't have to transport precious film out of house to be transferred. The Cintel Scanner lets you produce stabilized files that are ready for digital restoration and mastering.

Cintel Scanner G3 HDR+ features a world leading high intensity light source and advanced color science for incredibly sharp, high quality images from scanned film even when running at real time speed. The RGB LED grid array illumination source is designed to work with an extremely sensitive imaging sensor and ensures your priceless film is never exposed to unnecessary thermal stress and color fading effects of traditional scanner lamps. Plus, the new light source also provides an additional 3.5 stops of HDR! There's even a new film inspection mode that allows you to see how the original film actually looks compared to the stunningly beautiful scans the new light source produces.
